Mahal kita Magpakailanman

"Mahal kita" means I love you in tagalog. Forever can be, habang buhay (lifetime), magpakailan man (till whenever), walang hanggan (endless) or hangang mamatay (till I die). I have listed a lot so you can chose because we don't have the exact word. Mahal kita + -______, but not 'walang hanggan'. It will be "walang hanggan kitang mamahalin". Hope I helped you.

Aaaaawwww! you are a sweet man.

Look into her eyes with sincerity then say - "Pinakamamahal kita ng walang hanggan" then hug her so tight.

Good luck. Hope she'll like it.

I Love You Forever

Tagalog: Mahal kita magpakailan man.......

Say: MA-hull key-TA MUG-pa-KIGH-lahn mon.

Or.....

Tagalog: Iniibig kita magpakailan man..........

Say: EEE-knee-EEE-big key-TA MUG-pa-KIGH-lahn mon.

Say this to her;........at first, she'll find it funny, and probably she'd chuckle a bit. But sooner or later, she'll be impressed you did make the effort to learn and speak her language. She will appreciate it and before long......she'll find you adorable. She won't be able to resist you anymore!

Good Luck! :D

P.S.: Regarding the second answerer,.......... do not believe his or her Tagalog translation! It ain't the translation for "I love you forever"! That translation is Tagalog, yes; but it means: Our lovemaking just feels so good!

I-yourself(no direct translation in tagalog)
love-mahal or iniibig
you-kita
forever-habambuhay or magpakailanman
i love you forever - pakasal na tayo!
