Medically you might be virgin if that fingering is light so as not ruptured ur hymen. Socially you might not be virgin now coz u involved urself wth someone on sex who touched u physically on ur genitals. Legally also your virgin status is directly propotional to the intencity of ur fingering. Spritually you are absolutely not a virgin now. But the final decision is in your own inside. If you like it and want to wear the tag of virgin you wear it with confidence. and if u want urself to be called not virgin say it with courage. I would like to advice you in any case to avoid it it can lead to genital infection. Take enough precaution. Avoid diverting ur mind from ur studies and carrer. Yes, you'd still be a virgin. In order for you not to be a virgin, you'd need to have a penis inserted into your vagina to break the hymen. The hymen can be broken through other methods like horseback riding--and who wants to be the one to say they lost their virginity to a horse? lol
