I worry a lot - usually about things that are really important, but that I cannot control ... it causes me a lot of stress and anxiety. I'd like to be able to not have worries invade my thoughts all the time, so then I'd be more relaxed and sleep better at night.

I want to change my nail biting habit. It makes my hand hurt and my nails so unhealthy. Right now I am begining to stop, but some nail are very short.
