How sweet of you to be asking such a question!! Just let her go about her usual business- she's fine until about the last month or two, then housework can get tuff!! Oh, It would help her circulation, and prevent back pain later on if you start getting massages now. It's awfully expensive, but worth every penny!! They have massage therapist who specialize in massaging pregnant women.

Eating a diet that stresses protein (poultry and fish are best, unless you are a vegetarian and then soy is very good), low glycemic carbohydrates (look up a glycemic index) and good fat (olive oil for cooking, almonds or peanuts for snacking), may ease you and she during this stressful and happy time and will help make the babe as healthy as can be possible.

Give her a nice body rub. I have had three kids, those body messages feel good. Have sex with her, touch her, feel her and support her. Don't forget the little things. Be understanding of what her body will go through, a lot of changes will take place. Be there for her mentally, spiritually, and physically. Please go with her to her Dr. appointments and educate yourself on what is going on. LOVE HER!!!!

Just remember that when she gets cranky and takes it out on you, its the hormones and she will probably say things she doesn't mean
