All of them can have some effect. Milk is high in protein and fat which can be added to your breasts to make them bigger as breasts are mostly fat. Trouble is it will also be added to your hips etc. Massage each day stimulates the release of the hormone prolactin which makes the glands in them grow in prep to make milk.
