All of them can have some effect. Milk is high in protein and fat which can be added to your breasts to make them bigger as breasts are mostly fat. Trouble is it will also be added to your hips etc. Massage each day stimulates the release of the hormone prolactin which makes the glands in them grow in prep to make milk. You can get up to 2 cups bigger. But must be done every day and 4 times a day is better than once! Sleeping without a bra on is recommended for breast health as it allows for better circulation of blood and lymph and a tight bra will certainly slow the flow and potential growth. Massage is the most reliable way for health and growth.

No, it's not true at all. Your breasts will grow until you yourself have stopped growing. After that, the only thing that will make them bigger is implants. Sorry.

no, while you can work out to perk them up and make the muscle firmer as t appear a tad bigger, the only way you can gain noticeable size increase is by breast implants

Nope. Breast size is genetic, unfortunately. Nothing, short of implants, are going to make them any bigger.

drinking milk will not effect the size of ur boobs.
if sum one sucks it alot ur boobs grow bigger.
massage for ur boobs can enhanse the growth but to a lower extent
