I'm assuming you live in London?
I would suggest Green Street. E16
It's easy to get there by Tube: Upton Park Station
Please find map link of where to go.
There are many hair and beauty shops along that road.
They all do threading.
It should cost no more than £3-£5 maximum.

If you live near an Asian area - go there, there is bound to be one.
It originates from India and is fast becoming popular, a lot of girls who come over now had learned how to thread before they came and realised the market in this country.
