It's all in the way you carry yourself. To be cool is to be quite, smooth, easy, laid back, have good taste in music, non aggressive, nice car, nice cloths, clean, low profile, low emotions, polite but not overly helpful, low tone of voice, observant, offer short answers, caring on the down low.
