Go up to the top of Internet Explorer and right click anywhere in the (default) gray area. There should be a list of the different toolbars available. If "Google" doesn't have a checkmark next to it, then click on that. If there is a check then I have no idea how to help you.

Recheck the bars you want

Maybe it's not a candy bar but I had a lapse in my diet and ate it. Anyway they offer more of them in the google site.
