There are many countries. You can check the US State Department site and pick the country you are interested in and it will give you entry requirements.
Some are: all of the Caribean Islands, Belize, Costa Rica, Tahiti, Chile, Peru, Ecuador, Panama(you have to pay a small fee at the airport for some thing I still don't understand what, last time I was there it was $5), Guatamala. These are just a few that when I went no visa was needed.

u should check with ur embassy.in the philippines americans can go there without a visa but only for 21 days.after that u have to report to the US embassy for extension and they'll give u appropriate papers.
