If you can't scrape it off ten get an extension cord and iron and put a paper towel down over seat and on Med. setting take iron over paper towel the remove fast you will probably have to use several paper towels before this all come off just make sure you don't go over any part of the towel more than once if it has wax on it because that will just re-transfer it back onto the seat.

Candles in a car? Bizarro...
Anyway, try warming the wax with a hair drier, and absorb the melting wax with a clean rag or cloth.
You might not get perfect results, but probably an improvement at least.

Use ice on the wax, the wax will get brittle & then you can use your finger nails to remove it. Later you can use a tooth brush & shampoo to remove the remaining wax.

(By using hair dryer you are melting & spreading the wax further).
