I am 177cm and I weigh 77kg. I am almost 16 and am female. I have really big bones and a naturally large frame. I don't know how much weight I need to lose, and I don't want to do something that is unhealthy. Any ideas? and how do you think I can loose it?

If you can compute your stats into inches and pounds, here is a chart (below) to tell how overweight you are and what you should weigh.

Modify your diet to be mostly fresh vegetables, whole grains and fresh fruits. Little or no meat and very little dairy. Include soy products in your diet. And exercise pretty vigorously such as walk briskly for 1 hour for 5 days a week. The weight should come off and you will look and feel good.

ALways healthy to lose weight a couple of pounds a week or less. The best way to lose weight is to eat whole grain foods, veggies, fruits and lean meats. Eat these foods everyday and you will be surprised how much it helps to eat natural foods. Exercise everyday or every other day. Get a good mix of cardio (walking, running, cycling) and some muscle building as well. You can also go online and find scales that give you an idea of how much you should weight according to your height and build.

It is difficult to say how much weight you should try to loose. Only a qualified physician could tell you for sure.

Whatever you do, do not try any pills, shakes or fad diets (take it from someone who has tried it all...). They might work for the short run, but the kilograms will come back after a few months, usually with a few more. This is the notorious jo-jo effect. Do not do this! It is incredibly depressing!

The only way to get in "shape" is to stick to a healthy diet with plenty of variation (take 2 fruits and 3 portions of vegetables every day), drink lots of water and make sure you get 30 minutes of exercise a day. Pick a sport you really enjoy (walking, cycling or swimming are perfect!)!

It will work, believe me!

Another bit of info: Take all schedules, tables and BMI calculators with a big pinch of salt. Only a qualified phyciscian can tell you if you are truly overweight or not.

I'd say no more than 20
So your BMI is 26.5 which is just a tiny bit overwight.
So a normal weight would be about 159 pounds at the most.

unfortunately in the us we use customary measurements and its so early in the morning im 2 lazy 2 do the changing...but the best way 2 lose weight is 2 still eat the regular 3 meals, only in a smaller portion, drink water and exercise exercise exercise

Exercise and a healthy diet, lots of fruit and veggies low fat is an easy way to quickly lose the pounds. 20g fat per meal is the recommended amount
