Mine's pretty awful, too.
Lots of greasy food - toasted sandwich or bacon and eggs is good. And lots to drink, I'm going with water and Coke.
Although, the beer I'm going to have as soon as I finish work will help even more!

The sea captain is right! It worked for me! Also to help prevent a hangover try to drink water before u go to bed and take a few tylenol. Hangovers are actually your body being dehydrated from the alcohol. Hope u feel better

Cant cure a hangover but know how to stop you getting one!!! After you have had a good session on the booze try to drink 1 pint of cold water ( this is very hard some times) and take 2 paracetamol or other headache tablets then get a good nights sleep, it works< trust me.

Believe it or not... We don't get hangovers from drinking too much. We only get hangovers from stopping drinking. So, a little hair of the dog that bit you should do the trick - Now, what can I pour for you?

1. A good shower.

2. Plenty of sports drinks, someone said Gatorade, that will do.

3. Some multivitamins.

4. And a good meal.

No caffeine, so no Pepsi, Coke, it will dehydrate you further.

An afternoon nap can 'take the edge off of the day' too.

It's kind of late now, but drinking lots of water with your alcohol will help to curb hangovers.

Re-hydrate: water, gatorade, etc. I find a Bloody Mary to be excellent, especially one with lots of hot spices. Take vitamins, pain-killers, and resolve that from now on, you will drink a glass of water before each alcoholic drink, and that you will eat a carbohydrate heavy meal before doing any serious drinking.
