You need to put forth more effort to pay attention to her when you're home. A phone call or 2 from work will help as well.
She needs to know that u love her and want things to work out, if u really do

She might just be trying to give you a wake-up call but this is a cruel way of doing it. Even if you are "boring" she must have married you loving you for the way you are. If she insists on dating other men, tell her you want a separation. You shouldn´t have to tolerate her mind games and emotional terrorism. In order to protect your money, you should open a secret bank account and start making transfers. If you have family or friends you can trust, ask them to hold some amounts of cash for you until this all blows over.

she is probably just threatening, but to be careful hide any money you can
cash form only in a way that cannot be traced like a safe box
as far as assets if you don't have a pre nup and the assets were gained while you were married 1/2 are hers
sell them now and hide the cash with your other cash
then get pictures of her dating other men and you iniate the divorce on grounds of adultry be sneaky it will help you win

If she where mine, she would get all the freedom that she wanted after a statement like that. She would no longer be my wife. On the money issue, get a good lawer before and hid all you can before the divorce. After a dumb statement like she has made, you owe her nothing.

think seriously, but not to divorce, but to improve your realtion. from your question i guess, you give 'care' for money, but not for your wife. please concentrate on her more, than money. money you can earn, but you cant be get a nice life with it always, but of course you can get a nice life with your satisfied wife.
