They cant get anybody in the real world to relate to them. They think they can just give out their email address or IM address and get lots of chat partners. That wont work, we're not here to chat but to answer questions from people trying to save themselves some money by asking questions so they get an idea about what is going wrong with their computer. Nobody wants to get ripped off by unscrupulous shops that spout any rubbish to get money from consumers and asking questions is one way to avoid this. I hope this helps, Good luck!
