I have read on some websites that precum doesNOT contain sperm. They say the only way that it does is if the man had recently ejaculated and hasnt gone to the bathroom since then. They said that the urine carries all the left over sperm out as it passes through the penis. Is that true?

Where did you find this website? Precum is that clear liquid at the tip of a man's penis when he gets very aroused and occurs before intercourse. I DID get pregnant when my boyfriend "precam", I know cause it happened prior to intercourse, he didn't ejaculate inside of me. If a man doesn't go to the bathroom since he recently ejaculated then you'd could be in trouble, you could get a bacterial infection. I know precum has sperm in it, I'm living proof, BE CAUTIOUS, AND USE A CONDOM!

precum is usually a clear, thick lubricating liquid. If a man has ejaculated at any time recently, there is a chance that sperm may be held in the precum at the time it is generated.

And, to be fair, if you're in a situation where the precum might get inside you, it's safer to still use a condom (since spermatic ejaculation *can* occur before "orgasm")...

Pre-*** (precum) or pre-ejaculatory fluid is a clear, mucus-like liquid that can be expelled through the urethra and out of the tip of the penis during male sexual arousal. It is secreted from the Cowper glands, and may contain both sperm and STDs. There is no way to control pre-***, and the amount can vary from man to man and situation to situation.

Precum is basically a lubricant but it DOES contain some sperm.
