In the course of any given day, I have to deal with a number of customers. To maintain a high level of profit I have to be, shall we say, forceful. Home Depot has a machine they call the Automated Rectal Intruder 2000. It is a bit pricey, but I think I can justify the cost through amortization. Do you think the lack of personal contact is obviated by the increased volume?

Get with the modern times Dave. The Rectal Intruder 2000 is a outdated model. The new Rainbow Assgasm 5150 is a lot better model and if you lose power it can run off of E85. Where have you been in a cave somewhere. If you are going to discuss these things, you should at least know what you are talking about.

It really depends on the customer. From a business standpoint...the point is to make money, increased volume = increased profit. Many customers would prefer human contact. I personally do. Have you ever gone to wal-mart to get an oil change? You drive up and the first person you encounter is some moron kid with a palm pilot who I haven't figured out what their job is yet. Anyways He is walking around asking all the people in line several times what they want, etc. I told the kid 4 times one day I wanted an oil change. It took over an hour and a half, where walmart is trying to be super efficient and automated. It was no better. The same thing happened with tires. I ended up going to a local shop after trying to no avail to get them changed at walmart, and it took less than 30 minutes start to finish, I talked to the owner himself and got a good deal. I guess that goes to show that automated systems don't necessarily mean increased volume. I guess I am also trying to say I want the rectal intrusion...with a reach around...heh heh
