You should check with your doctor to make sure there isn't any underlying medical reason like an overactive thyroid and make sure that if there is something wrong you get that treated otherwise any beauty therapy will be counter-productive as you won't have tackled the root cause. In terms of attacking the visible problem you could find a good beauty salon and save up for either electrolysis or laser treatment for permanent hair removal. It will take a number of visits and cost quite a bit of money but if you find a good salon they will tell you how many visits you need and a lot offer discounts if you are having a number of treatments. Only thing is you will have to let the hairs grow so they can see which hair follicles they need to treat so maybe you could get a facial hair bleaching kit. One final thing, make sure wherever you go that they are fully qualified.

Poor you. When I was a teenager I had a line of hair from my belly button down to my pubes and was so embarrassed by it! I used to shave it because I wanted to wear a bikini. I finally had enough of the shame and researched. I found a qualified electrolysist in my area and had regular treatments.I think I went once a month (long time ago now) and after about 8 treatments, the hair never grew back. Not to this day, and that was 28 years ago.
It was painful though, although I expect the chin area might not be quite as sensitive. And as they use needles, be sure to go to a properly licensed and qualified one!
Good luck!

you need to see a doctor if it is getting that bad than you might have something going on in your body that dont belong there like maybe to many male hormones sometimes birth control works but will not remove the hair that you have already been removing on your own try laser removal dont ever shave the hair it will only make it worse try bleaching it out with face hair bleach and if you still feel that uncomfortable then get it removed.

I have this problem too due to plycystic ovaries- you need to go to the doctor to get this checked out. I am in the process of having laser hiari removal which is very painful, very expensive, but it does work, and as you know, any amount of money and pain is worth it for those results.

yes electrolysis can permanently remove hair. it can be a one time procedure, but if you have lots of facial hair it will probably take more than one session. if you have a high tolerance of pain, get rid of the hair where it is most dense first.
