Oh come on thats easy. Blacks accuse whites, because like everything else they do, they feel they might be able to get something in return for it. The whole white guilt thing is very popular and easy for blacks to take advantage of. If Blacks were to accuse hispanics of discrimination, no one would care...and they would get nothing out of it. All you have to do is look at a black the wrong way and they cry racism.
