i looked in windows explorer at the files, but i don't see any temp internet files.....

in your web browser go to Tools>Internet Options, then press delete files in the temporary internet files region.

Open your browser click tools->internet option and then click delete files, or you can go to C:\windows\documents and settings\[your_user]\local settings\temp\temporary internet files.

Open internet explorer - go to tools on the bar at the top - go to internet options - then its the middle section of the general tab.

My computer > Control panel > Internet options > Click 'Delete files' button, then 'Clear History' & then 'Clear cookies'!
