I would wax it. they have home waxing kits fro bathing suit area legs etc it will go away about 6 wks before redoing it.. it is to costly to electrolysis it

Hold on a second--hair at or in my hand? I assume you mean on the top of your hand? Get it waxed or do it yourself with Nair or Veet cream.
