Honestly, I think you should just go to the Philippines and be immersed in the language. Filipinos will be more than ready to teach you... including colloquial and bad words that no instruction material will teach you! -- BUT you may want to get started by using the sites suggested before this and of you have money, get Rosetta Stone.
