neither! they both leave my feet open to the air, so there's no sweat!

I would go with sandals because if you watch the news sometimes then you might know that flip flops are bad for your feet.

I love the beach so flip-flops are definatly the best, sandles with heels get kinda nasty probably cause their harder to walk in and not as much feet open to the sunshine<;

Any shoe were the part your sole is on is plastic will make it sweat, even if the shoe is open you will still get sweat. THe only answer is to buy shoes were the part in contact with your sole is leather or at least not man made. More expensive but so much nicer to wear.

I guess I would say flip slops. The plasticy ones. If it is hot out and your start to hear "squeak squeak" when people are walking. That is because there feet are sweaty and slippin in there shoes. Kinda Yummy huh! lol
