A friend of mine is having problems with wannadoo. He is logging on and it is cutting off intermittently. Customer service hasn't een able to help in over a month despite numerous phone calls.

Wanadoo in Spain is pretty horrible; I got away from them and still ended up paying 3 extra months because they threatened to have me blacklisted for (fictitious) non-payment which would ruin my credit rating. That was 2 yrs ago and they are now more regulated than they were but people still complain that when you switch providers you often have to change your phone No. because Wanadoo simply doesn't free up the loop. My advice is to get far away from them.

Im with wanadoo in France and we have been experiencing the same problems here over the last 3 weeks.....only just been online after 2 days down..! When we telephone wanadoo.fr they have put a recorded message obviously de o the high number of calls , to say it,s down to adverse weather conditions...storms etc...WE CAN'T WIN WHATEVER THE WEATHER...hope yours is sorted soon.
