yes i have. but i am convinced we made the right choice. all you can do is weigh the evidence and do your best. by the time the case gets to the jury room there has been several other chances for a bad case to be thrown out starting with the arresting officer and through the DA, grand jury and the trial judge. if they all thought it was a worthwhile case it then becomes the jury's problem. we're just human and if a mistake is made there are still remedies for appeal.

Yeah I was on a jury in Texas and we sent him to the chair it was only after we fried the guy we realised he was innocent, OPPPS! Ah well there was 11 others on that jury as well

One of my friends did and she felt as the jury did ... person looked so convincingly guilty. Turned out he wasn't but ... Only months later after the guy went through prison and what not and my friend felt so gulty about it. I know what she went through so feel elated i always missed getting called for jury duty! And was it to happen now ... I really doubt i would be all for guilty or not, not after watching my friend make herself ill!

been on a jury and was happy with our unanimous decision. judge was a complete idiot though and ignored our suggested sentence - whats the point in having a jury if the judges dont listen eh? what a waste of two weeks of my life.
