That is someone who doesn't smoke regularly. They just smoke when they are with other people who smoke, just to be social. Usually when drinking is involved. I personally think it is the stupidiest thing. You aren't addicted, don't smoke all the time, but yet you are putting yourself at risk to be social and fit in. Dumb really dumb.

Someone who smokes only around others. Like, you don't smoke at home, you just smoke out with friends or at a club/bar when someone offers.
