People feel like there is no way out. It also has a lot to do with chemical imbalances in their brains. No one around them saw the warning signs and the person felt like no one cared and there was nothing else to do. Suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem. I hope that you are asking out of curiosity and not despair. If despair, Talk about what is bothering you and get some help. Nothing is bad enough to kill yourself for.

Because they wrongly feel they have no power or control over their lives. Life is a school for personal growth to find your way back to your source. Suicide is like getting left back in the same grade. They're thinking only about themselves and being self-centered instead of considering all the hurt they would cause their families by their death. They perish for lack of self-knowledge.

In today's world I think the leading causes are unemployment and P.T.S.D.
We have gotten in over our heads in many respects and some people can't deal with the stresses that society is putting on them or just don't posses the survival skills to continue on.
Hope is what keeps people going and some have given up all hope.
Sad.

Because they feel that life is not worth living. It's impossible to understand everyone's specific motive. I've been down that road and made it out alive, and from experience I would have to say that in hindsight I think my feelings were completely illogical, but that's why they are called feelings. People that are suicidal see their demise as an escape from whatever is hurting them. They see it as the easiest and probably the only way out.

Mental illness such as depression are causing factors in most suicides. Depression is a result of many root causes such as sexual abuse, domestic violence, addictions (drugs, gambling etc.) which burdens them financially and lowers their self-esteem. If they feel they are in a hopeless situation they choose to end their life. If you know someone that is thinking about doing that you need to get them some help by calling a crisis center.

I can answer that ? on the facts of suicidal people. the people that kill themselves: some do it for the attention not Meaning for it to really happen, some do it to make people feel sorry for them, and others do it because they honestly think the world will be better off with out them....................it just depends.

They're depress and going through something. They think nobody understands them. Or maybe they think their situation is hopeless. Could be low self-esteem and that they don't have anybody to talk to. They feel like nobody understands them, love them, and that nobody cares.

I think that the people that kill themselves feel like they have nothing left anymore, when actually they really do.
