What are you tring to achieve, do you want an ADSL modem with ethernet presentation, or an ethernet port on the wall from BT. If its the latter you will need bt to terminate fibre at your home with a media convertor, this is vvveeeeeerrrrryyy expensive but it will give you fanastic performance (from 2gbit to 1mbit duplex). Depending where you are expect between £2,000 - £14,000 install with rentals between £8,000 - £13,000 pa. However unless you have major bandwidth requirements, an ADSL router will suffice, they normally have 4 ports but if your requirements are for more ports consider a Cisco 831 with ADSL port and a 24 port switch (Cisco do a 2490)
Hope this helps

Are you looking for equipment? If so then BT is not the only answer. If you are talking internet connection then you are looking for DSL or a home/business broadband connection.

Sign up for Home Hub. Call 0800 800 150.

The router has ADSL, USB, Wi-Fi and two Ethernet ports.
