I actually believe Man landed on the Moon...and believe there are a couple of little robots roving around on Mars also.
The questionable videos/photographs, I believe, Were staged-shots on Earth...just to produce images with better clarity for public release.
However, I'm Letting it Go to Vote!...There are good answers from both sides...and, I don't know the True Answer!

I've seen at least 5 documentaries about this on television, and while interesting....they are only telling one side. and do not check the validity of the allegations that we didn't land on the moon.
i would have to say YES we did.
AND if you research further...there is yet another documentary out there that covers BOTH sides. the "questionable" evidence against the moon landing is tested in a "real life" scenario.
and basically debunked the conspiracy theory. but that sure would make a d@mn good fiction novel!!

Yes, I watched it. Besides the video of the camera trickery at the end (seeing Earth from a distance) the video is all things I've seen before: the shadows, waving flag and missing crater. I do believe it was staged. I do believe in conspiracies, especially ones with evidence to support them. I think the most convincing evidence is the placement of the shadows. There is CLEARLY more than one source of light. I also liked how the video mentioned the lack of stars. I had never thought of that.
I think people who were around in 1969 have trouble believing it was fake because it was made out to be this huge accomplishment, and it must be difficult to believe that the government would scam the people like that. Although, I believe it happens everyday....

Who WAS that on the grassy knoll?
Yes, I watched the video. It's just another wacky conspiracy theory which the producers reinforce by the juxtaposition of clips of the Kennedy assassination. Similar conspiracy theories have been launched in connection with 9/11.
The following explanation is taken from snopes.com.
Claim: A video clip shows a NASA studio-produced 'outtake' of the first moon landing.
Status: False.
Origins: The fanciful notion that the six Apollo lunar missions Buzz Aldrin launched by the USA between 1969 and 1972, during which a total of twelve men landed and walked on the moon, were elaborate hoaxes staged in top secret desert locations and movie studios here on Earth has been a familiar aspect of popular culture and conspiracy theory since the first moon landing in 1969. Perhaps because Americans' confidence in their government was at a low ebb due to America's controversial military involvement in Vietnam, perhaps because people felt threatened by the rapid onrush of technological progress the space program represented, or perhaps just because some people enjoy the furtive thrill of disseminating the "secret knowledge" encapsulated in conspiracy theories, the moon landings have become a locus for a cynical distrust of government and disbelief in America's tremendous achievements in space exploration. (This cynicism was turned into popular entertainment in the 1978 film Capricorn One.)
A less elaborate video twist on the moon landing hoax was featured at moontruth.com (you can still view it here), where web surfers could view a re-creation (or perhaps we should say "pre-creation") of the first moon landing, purportedly filmed in 1965. The footage is revealed to be studio fakery when a bank of lights breaks loose, intruding into the shot and sending the film crew swarming onto the set to prepare for another "take."
Many people have inquired of us whether the (fictional) backstory given on moontruth.com about the video clip is real. (Presumably they don't all believe that the moon landings were faked and instead are questioning whether some "rehearsals" might have been filmed by NASA for whatever reasons, as implied in the site's disclaimer that "There is no proof that because this was shot in a studio, the moon landing was necessarily faked.") For them we note that at least two humorous aspects of the clip (inserted intentionally or otherwise) give it away as a post-Apollo fabrication:
* The "astronaut" in the clip flubs the "One small step . . ." line (by omitting the word "a" between "for" and "man") just as Neil Armstrong flubbed it during the real moon landing in July 1969.
* In the closing moments of the clip, the "astronaut" can be heard apologizing to a "Mr. Gorsky," a reference to a Neil Armstrong-related joke-***-urban legend from the mid-1990s.
The folks at Moontruth did come clean about the "out takes" being nothing more than an elaborate practical joke. You can view their explanation of how they made the clips at "The Full Story" section of their web site.

N.....No........Definitely Not...........It was a huge hoax, just to get an edge over ussr in cold war............it is evident in videos that,
1)they had a wind blowing---------in space there is no air
2)the shadows of objects are at different angles----------moon has only one source of light i.e. sun ............ it was evident they set up lights and cameras as in hollywood filming, it was the biggest movie sold to ppl as "truth"
3)there wasnt any crater formed below the spaceship----------if armstrong walked, his footsteps appeared, but a huge spaceship landed on the surface of moon, and considering the thrust it was giving from below to make it land, and no crater formed, not even a sign, it was like it was just placed there on the surface.
There are many other evidences, but i think above mentioned are enough to settle whats truth and whats hoax.
Do u even know, why Area 51 is banned? not because of any alien-sighting, u fools .............. thats the place where they filmed the surface of "moon", and americans are afraid that if ppl get to go there, they will recognize that place as the surface from 'moon' they pictured and will reveal THE biggest hoax used to fool the whole world with.
