i just want to know whether i still have the liberty to compliment another lady/woman in the presence of my girlfriend.women find it easier to compliment other guys right in front of their boyfriends/husbands.can't it make them jealous?

This depends on many factors - is your girlfriend the jealous type?, are you and your girlfriend in a fairly new relationship?, are you paying the compliment to flirt in front of your girlfriend? is the other woman flirting with you? If the answer to the questions is "no" then it is alright to pay another female a compliment as long as you make it very obvious to your girlfriend that she is under no threat - flowers, jewelery etc do the trick. The conclusion to this question may be that paying a compliment to another female can be a pretty expensive thing to do.

Yes, it is very much alright to compliment a lady right in front of your girlfriend. But you must use words\language in a very right or rather I should say in a very formal way which would impress the other lady and than even your girlfriend wouldn't mind . BUT...... if you know your girlfriend's temperament then the risk is wholly yours.

For that, you need to ask your girlfriend. Unless the compliment implies an offence to me, I would find that situation OK (and, in some cases necessary - I mean, you went to the theatre, you saw a play, you both liked an actress - why would you be shy of complimenting the actress? But for some women, it would be unpleasant.

I personally don't like it. It's a little irritating when my boyfriend compliments other girls in front of me. It's one of those things that your girlfriend might not mention b/c she doesn't want to seem psychoish (I just made that word up) but she'll probably have a little sting of jealousy. It's not going to ruin a relationship but it's just kind of nice if you avoid it. Not worth the unecessary tention. Although it is more acceptable if the other girl is much less attractive.

No - why start an argument? Women are more insecure than men If you compliment another woman it means there must be something wrong with the one you've got! That's just eh way women see it.

I think it depends on who the woman is, a sister or close friend then yes I wouldn't have a problem with that.
If it was just a woman you didn't know or only just met then I'm sorry
but I would not be happy.

The golden rule is NO if the other woman is better looking than you other half and YES if she isn't. It all boils down to how much of a threat the other woman is. If in doubt, DONT DO IT!

If you wouldn't mind her complimenting another guy in front of you. If you wouldn't mind then she probably wouldn't either. But I'd compliment her as well.
