didn't know where to post it...
ive had the flu all day yesterday and all day today with really bad neck pains. about every 4 hours when my medicine wears off i get hold/cold and get headaches so i retake my medicine. im hoping it will be over in another day coz in 2 days i am babysitting for some friends and i dont want to let them down.
got any quick fixes or things that will help speed up my recovery?

If you really have got the flu, rather than just a cold, it will last about two weeks. My sister had it once and couldn't get out of bed for a whole week and fainted when she tried. You probably just have a cold and provided you drink lots and don't freeze yourself outdoors or anything stupid you will be fine in two days.

Prevention is better than cure and natural nutrient is better than chemical. go get oscillococcinum at the health food store, It is a homeopathic remedy and will knock it out.
Someone here said that the flu will last two weeks, that person has a SERIOUSLY depressed immune system.
Drink plently of fluids, vitamin c and two doses of the oscillo and you should be OK

u should eat something hot like chili make a chili soup it all ways helps me
