Has anyone ever tried this program? What were your results? Were you satisfied or disatisfied? Any problems with it? Is it worth the money or can people achieve the same results with everyday, OTC products from the store...like whole grains, fruits, and vegetables?

I did try it. Not very impressed. I was certainly very regular, but I could have accomplished much the same thing with an OTC psyllium product. You can buy detox teas quite cheaply as well. They claim you'll see little eggs, worms, strings of "plaque" in your stool. I looked faithfully. Assuming the testimonials are true, I think because people's awareness was raised, they were paying more attention and simply seeing undigested seeds, corn and the like, strands of fruit/vegetables and thought them to be worms. I saw ribbons of material, but it really looked to be ribbons of the psyllium product that tends to congeal when wet. All this... just my opinion, but that was my experience.
