Try Frostwire, Limewire, Bearshare, or a Bitorrent program. I'm sure there will be at least some Scrubs episodes on all of this.

If you want to just watch the show and not download it, you could also try youtube.com

Or just buy the DVDs or the episodes off of iTunes- but that's clearly not free.
