it isn't wrong to ask how to do something like this!!! some people really don't know!!! and it certainly doesn't make you a pervert. before the kiss, try to open a starburst in your mouth with only your tounge. if you cannot, you're not ready.
THE KISS:
1. spray mouth freshener or eat a tic-tac: just in case
2. if you've never kissed this girl before, don't even attempt the next steps: she might think you're "going to fast" but just start out as if it were a regular kiss.
3. instead of just puckering, start massaging her lips with your own.
4. IF SHE MASSAGES BACK slowly stick you toung in.
5. once in, let her respond. if she does, move it around a little and she will too. if she does not like tounge, she will either tell you to stop, or will try to remove your tounge. in either case, go no further.
More Fun!!!:
If you still can't figure out how to french someone, try this first, or just for fun even if you can.
1. chew on a piece of mint bubble gum, and get it "bubble ready"
2. start kissing the girl, and blow the bubble into her mouth. let it pop and give her the bubble gum (using only your tounge) to blow one into your mouht.

Stick your toungue the girls mouth. Then retract it back into your mouth. Wait till she trys to get in your mouth, and then *BITE*. Chomp on that tounge, and dont let go till it falls off. Then you really toungue kissed her.
