You alluded to but didn't mention loss of civil liberties, certain factions of Government cronies supplying all the big jobs created by administration failures, environmental havoc, outing of CIA members if their families don't agree with current administration.A wider divide between the classes to the point where the middle class is almost doomed to exist anymore. Immigration woes, that because of indecision and want of the agriculture lobbyists will continue to go on unchecked. And that extremely double edge sword, where you send boys thousands of miles away, put them in the worst conditions possible, have them taught to kill, kill, kill, then have the POTENTIALLY worst thing happen (I don't know I wasn't at Haditha) As Commander in Chief you desert them; give them up; say they will be punished as an example. It's like everything he touches has turned to sh888t; he can not get ONE thing right! No child left behind? And the us has the 16th worst school system on earth? Come on!!!
A unilateral cause with no foresite or forecast, or dare I say gameplan at all? The maniacal focus on Iraq throughout his presidency that has cost us as Americans everything: our reputations, the money that's been spent, the hatred that has evolved from his actions, the mocking that we get from the rest of the world. The destruction tht our children, grandchildren, and further will be paying for because of this one man and his puppeteers

Yes, except that our power doesn't go out every other day, we have the strongest military in the world, hollywood, the most robust economy in the world, freedom of religion, the ability to drive to work without hitting a roadside bomb, a world class higher education system (how many foreigners come to the USA study? ..lots b/c we have 8 of the top 10 schools in the world), no foreign troops on our soil, a permanent seat on the UN security council, and the world's leading reserve currency. Other than that, the USA is exactly like Iraq.

Yep the previous Iraqi regimes record for law and order was great. Poison gas for anyone that disagrees with the president, and torture for athletes that don't win. Mass graves everywhere. Invade Kuwait, fight Iran for 7 years with more than a million dead.
As for America, our economy is fine, power cuts in California but who is to blame for that? Talk to your state legislature! Dodgy Democracy? Someone shoot at you for voting democrat? People in America who live at or just above the poverty level (me included) still are rich by most of the worlds standards. Get out and see the world. The bad old USA looks pretty good after you travel and see the rest of the world.

It's quite a shambles compared to most developed countries. You forgot the dysfunctional health system, religious fanaticism, two tiered education system......
