There should be a stamp on the side of the rat under "Nutrition Facts". This will list the rat serving size and the servings per rat; after that will be this list of calories, total fat, sodium, potassium, etc. with the percentage daily value for snake.

Why, Do you want one? Take the Rat to the Food and Drug Administration center and let them test it for those things. Maybe it will get the FDA approval.
