Invite all her close friends to her house and make or buy some amazing cakes, scones etc. or you could take her to a lovely hotel that specialises in great teas. Make her a collage/album of all her lifetime memories and photos from when she was a child (if you can get hold of them). If she is a young type Mum do the same but make it dinner with lots of champagne.

When my mom turned 75 she said she didnt want anything she has it all. So I went to the drawing board and made a birthday card like I did when I was in 5th grade. I gave her this at dinner which I made for her(macaroni and cheese) just like 5th grade. She loved it !!! Cried tears of joy for 3 days and thought she was a young mom again

My mom is 76 so I know your 'pain'. Could she travel (even in a group setting)? Maybe a bus trip to someplace fun. If not, then the best gift is time with you and other siblings. I gave my mom/dad a surprise 40th anniversary party and they loved it. Just spend time with her, if she's close - spend a day, if you have to travel, well, make a vacation of it. Help organize the shoebox of photos, and get her to tell you all the names...
good luck :)

Gather all brothers, sisters, grandchildren and all important people in her life, bake or buy a big cake with 75 candles on it and sing happy birthday out loud!
She will only have "everything" when all she loves is with her!
