There are obvious reasons to steer away from red. Being in law enforcement I can honestly tell you that red vehicles do catch our attention first and hold it the longest. I'm sure you'll have no reason to worry about the extra attention from us so try what I used once. I sent my wife to the closet to pick me out something to wear. She came back with a pair of dockers and a navy blue shirt. When I asked her why she chose them she said I looked best in those colors. Later that week I came home with a Dark Blure pick up. She asked me why I didn't ask her opinion on picking it out and I told her,,,I Did...Good Luck let me know how it goes
