Okay....
To do is to carry out an action. I.E. "What to do? Write a book, watch TV" and so on.

To make is to construct, or carry out a specific action. I.E. "What to make? An omelet, an extra chair for the dining table," and so on.

Hopefully you have a copy of a WEBSTERS handy. My curiosity in your Q however, relates to why you didn't do a general search in www browser and seek info there? OR more closely, in your grammer text book?

MAKE in the sense of MAKING anyone DO, FEEL, THINK, anything they don't want to is difficult or impossible, and shouldn't be attempted, or even used as a word in that context, here or anywhere,,,as it is thousands of times a day.

In that same vein, if you were to ASK someone,,,CAN I get you TO DO THIS,,, perhaps it would create a MAKE effect.
