Can I use my Electron card in cash dispenser machines in the South of France?

Yes - as long as your card has a blue logo containing the word 'Plus' on the back of it.

you can pay with it in stores, get cash at a cash dispenser...
if your card says "visa electron" then you cannot pay at a "peage" on freeways (that are not free...)
