Possible that your Torque Converter is not engaging properly and not passing the power through to your transmission.
Easy way to tell is to start the engine and while at idle speed, keeping an ear out for the engine sound, put the transmission in drive while your foot is kept on the brake. There should be a noticeable change in engine revs and loading. If this is not evident your Torque Converter is the prime suspect.
Other than this I would be looking for broken drive shafts, locked up CV joints, frozen brake calipers or possibly a loss of engine compression.
Best of luck with it.

This model has an electro-magnetic clutch between the engine and gearbox (where a conventional auto has a torque converter) to transmit power from engine to gearbox, but allow slip when required for start-off. Check that the electrics for this have been re-connected properly after the gearbox re-fit.
Alternatively it could be drive shafts, but that would probably be obvious. You should be able to see the gearbox outputs turning.
