Neuticles are silicone replacements for what the vet takes away from male dogs. While I was looking them up to answer another question, I found out they sell merchandise. Including necklaces.

PICKING UP SENSITIVE WOMEN
Cover the Neuticles hesitantly with your hand, assume a melancholic facial expression, and say gravely: "I'm airing my replacement testicles before slipping them back in my scrotum. Sorry? What happened to my real ones? Well..."
Pause to take a sip of coffee, sigh deeply, then continue.
