One options is to install 2 different operating system but if both of you want to use the same os (for example XP).....do one thing. Make a folder of your name and one folder of her name. Both of you use your own folders to install the stuff...putt all of your links and folders into your folder and her stuff into her's..........

If ur usin windows xp ::
1. click start
2. click Control Panel
3. open user accounts
4. u'll see a create new user link
5. click that link to create a new user
that way when ur sister logs in into that user account den sh e'll have a new n separate desktop of her own!!

Well come on, he asked how to do it... Go to control panel which you can find in my computer. contol panel>user accounts>click create an account and follow the steps. Make sure to click seprate files or private files.

if your using windows xp,
you simply make another user for the computer, that way her desktop / screensaver / icons etc, will all be different to yours.
