Maybe 6 to 12 hours after drinking (and finishing) alcoholic drinks the sperm looks yellowish. This is just a guesswork.

Hopefully your eyes and skin aren't yellowish too. Hopefully your urine isn't really dark either, all are symptoms of a serious liver problem. You might want to visit thedoctor and have them do a routine "dip" test or a blood test on your liver enzymes.
I had no other symptoms other than dark urine, and I was on the verge of liver failure...

think you probably mean "sperm" if your taking B vitamins it will turn fluids yellow. Think it's B6 specifically...
