I think that Bosnia was the best and a lot better than Finland....

I enjoyed it, and, I believe the reason they won is simply because they galvanized a difference-- something which was something of a send-up of the rest of the Eurovision field of entry. As per usual, it's less about song quality generally and more about unique presentation, showmanship and, of course, international prejudices and hatreds. Findland, this year, had all those in spades, and so won by record margins.
