What does it mean to commient, and how do i do it? ive reach my answer limit for today, and still cant sleep, lol

When I run out of questions I can answer, I just look at the questions, if I CAN answer it, I go and see if they have some other method of contact, like email or their Yahoo messenger and send them an answer that way, explaining why I am answering that way, and who I am.
