Apparently im getting a free xbox 360 with my new phone,
This is the 'STANDARD' xbox.

Im being told this has no Hard disk.

1. Can i install as standard IDE hard disk drive to it,
or do i have to buy the XBOX360 one? (which i can assume is only a IDE drive anyway like the old XBOX...)

2. What else shall i need? I have an old XBOX and a current LIVE account. Does this just transfer or whats this i hear i can change my gamer tag for free first time now?? (obviosly i need to enter the settings to the xbox360)

3. How am i going to keep the little buggers at home off it lol!

You can only use the xbox 360 hard drive or memory unit. Thats what marketing is all about!

The 20 gig hard drive cost $100 and the 64 mb memory unit cost $40 or pounds depending if you live in the U.S or U.K.

The hard drive can be used to save games, play original xbox games ( need hard drive to play original xbox games ), and lots more. ( to play more original xbox games, you need to upgrade the xbox 360, go to xbox.com for more information )

Memory unit is small and handy. you can use it to save games and bring it to your freinds house very easly. i think you could also use it to migrate the xbox live acount to the xbox 360.
More info? go to xbox.com

need any more questions just email me

P.S

Xbox 360 don't over heat. Many people put the units in confined places that block ventilations

1. I am pretty sure you have to buy the xbox 360 hard drive...its the whole point of the ordeal. to make sure call EBgames or
GameStop to ask them.
2. If you already have an existing xbox live account does transfer, you just have to enter the settings, user name and password and there you go.
3. By little buggers, I'm thinking your talking actual bugs..so you can buy the platform for the xbox 360, its $19.99 at best buy or circuit city..and its basically a stand for the xbox, it keeps it safe, and helps cool it off from overheating.
What else would you need..hmm, I'm hoping you are getting the remotes, and the headset ..its a lot fun to play xbox360 live and thrash talk with your headpiece, along with you sitting back with your wireless remote.
Enjoy your new game..and if you have any questions call any video game retailer or Microsoft and ask them, they were very helpful to me when I had no idea what I was doing..lol.
Good luck:)

You can buy a saytex hard drive instead of the official one which instead allows you to transfer data to your pc. Think its released this month.

Your account will just transfer over if you enter your old details but thats up to you!

You can create individual id's for each of your buggers so that you can keep your achievements and game saves etc seperate.

1.The hard disk goes on top and its 99 dollars
2. Your old gamer tag transfers over , its just time consuming to do .
3. Lock your door like me if its in your room or take the controller with you , its easier now cuz its smaller and cordless.
And its doesnt over heat unless you have it crammed somewhere, just stand it up on its side and have it in the open somewhere , thats what i do !
