When I my sister died 4 years old ago I didn't know what to do but I know life must go on for my family sake. She told me that she will be O.k. and I believe she wants me move on. It was very hard at first but manage to look at the positive memories that she has left behind.
Shalom

Yes Buzz you need to go on to enjoy in others what you have lost. When you start feeling sad, fill that hole with the good times and laughter you shared with that person you love. You no doubt have cared deeply for them and that is a good thing. Think about how many others out there want what you shared. after a time open your heart and find another someone that you can love too.

Yes, it is possible to go on, but it is not easy. You have to be strong and believe that that person would not have wanted you to be depressed they would have wanted you to be the best you could be everyday. The hole in your heart will always be there, but you can control the size that hole becomes and always remember you moving on with your life does not been that you are being unfaithful to that person because that hole can never be filled by someone else it was meant for that person and that person only, but remember to control the size of the hole!!

YES, it is possible to get over, there is no word like impossible, time is the medicine for every pain specially in the heart, as the time pass the pain is put at a side in the heart, it is never gone, it is always there but hidden in a corner under some new memories, it comes out now and then and reminds u of the past. but i know u can get over it as i did and every body else has, so don't worry

First grieve your loss and then accept reality.Secondly give yourself to God because He is the only Being who can get you through all your troubles,He promises this in Isaiah 43:2-3.And by the way never love anyone more than God,for men is full of uncertainties but Got is a sure refuge in times of storm.read Jeremiah17:5-8

It is always possible to move on after losing someone that you love most.
You can mend/fix a broken heart by accepting the fact that this person is already gone... and then by getting yourself busy by engaging in worthwhile activities that would help you become a better person.... and then by allowing someone new to fill in that gap. Afterall, it is your heart. You'll feel it when it has healed.

A large part depends on how you lost them. If it's death, you have no alternative except to go through the whole grief process. If it's because that person left you, you need to deal with pretty much the same process, but, you also have to deal with the issues that caused the separation, as best as you can. This does NOT include things like stalking, suicide, or homicide.

Yes it is. I was in a long term relationship with a Woman I THOUGHT was my soulmate. I found her cheating on me four years in and thought I was gonna die. I had to make a choice.... do just that (waste away in tears and sorrow) or take a little time for myself to realize there are other women out there. I chose the latter. After three months, right out of the blue, I met my new Fiancee. NEVER give up hope. EVER. All my best.

It is very hard to deal with our emotion and life after we lost someone we loved dearly. It would even makes us questioned ourselves the purpose of keep living on...
And to be told "hang on,""time will heal," aren't really help much to the person who is in great heart breaking for his lost of loved one.
But I believe, if someone would be there to love me gentlely and not trying to "hurry" me to move on, it would at least warm my broken heart. And tomorrow might be easier for me to face because I know someone loves me and understands me, eventhough I just had the greatest lost and heart break in my life.

That person may always be in your heart but as time goes on the pain is less and less. Just give it time and you will be fine. Good luck.
