EVERYONE DO NOT UPGRADE! its too buggy now, and theres no way you can go back now without deleteing IE from your computer all togather and then youd risk not having a browser.

EBay has not given me a problem with this browser but you may need to recheck your security settings in Tools. It is possible for changes to be made there when you add the upgrade. Check your pop-up blocker settings as well. Both can give you problems, especially if you are rejecting cookies. EBay and banks both require cookies to be enabled to use their sites.
I have added and deleted IE 7 to a computer so I don't understand why someone would say you have to delete IE completely to get rid of this version. It should be listed in your programs as a discrete item (about 6 mg).

From my understanding (I maybe wrong...It has been known to happen) isn't IE7 still in Beta stage? If so I would NEVER use beta grade browsers to do online banking and/or anything that requires using personal/financial information. IE is full of security holes at the best of times but using the beta is just asking for someone to steal your information.

1. Check whether is your CapLock is ON?
2. Make sure you wait for a while eg. 5 secs for the java applet to load then u key in the password. This is for security.
3. You could have forgotten ur password, call the helpdesk to ask for a password change.
