lol me too!
i swear i even moved 8 mins from my job, and lo and behold even if i leave with a 10 min leeway, whaddya know i am even 2 mins late!!
what is wrong with that? i think the world doesnt want me to be on time or something, i have tried leaving earlier, tried getting up earlier, i speed, and nothing is the solution. lately for some reason i have been on time 3 days in a row. but then i was late the next day and ruined my early streak
we are cursed....lol

Why do YOU think you are always late for work even if you leave home earlier??????? Only you know what happens between home and work not us.

Maybe you should try leaving before or after the rush hour to avoid congestion? Or maybe try a different form of transport like the train where you won't have to wait in queues.
Failing that discuss the situation with your manager. Maybe you can negotiate a later start and make the time up elsewhere. At least they won't be wondering whether you are going to arrive or not.

Leave even earlier. Also, consider moving considerably closer to your work location. Better yet, go to bed even earlier the night before.

Try leaving home even earlier........Just a thought but probably makes sense.
When you get to work late, do you just waste the day on Yahoo Answers? I bet your boss loves you.

What is holding you even if you leave home earlier has to be found and necessary corrective actions should be taken.

That always used to happen to me, with getting to college! It wa the traffic you see, the earlier I left the more traffic I use to get stuck in and I would still get there the same time every day! It would have been quicker to walk!

Sounds to me like you are a scatter brain. ( i don't mean this to be derogatory)..... If you are leaving home in ample time to get to work on time there should be no reason for your tardiness to work. I'm salaried so it doesn't matter if I'm late or early...the $$$ is the same.
could you possibly be A.D.D.????? Maybe you have good intentions to get to work on time but your thoughts and errands take over making it so you do everything else but get to work on time.!
