according to studies performed in Bremen by Dr Fleichter of Bremen University, were a woodchuck to have the flexibility to actually chuck wood (this data was extrapolated from the woodchucks ability to move wood in a fashion more like pushing than actual chucking, using genetic algorithms to discern the bodily movement/muscle use ratio needed to chuck wood), the average woodchuck would be able to chuck approximately 85 pounds of oak, or 103.6 pounds of beech, per hour.
The results of this study did include the caveat that the average woodchuck would either tire before the hour was up or decide to eat its own tail after approx. 45 minutes.
The overall decision made by Dr Fleichter was that, given the correct stimuli and motivation a woodchuck could chuck roughly 6 tons of wood in a year, and eliminate global carbon costs by up to 52.3% if used in place of traditional "heavy-chuckers", the machinery used to chuck wood when logging.
